I led this project from beginning to end and I maintain its continued implementation. This project is a multi-faceted blended approach that includes virtual instructor-led (VILT) sessions, on-demand recorded sessions, a self-paced digital course, and digital resource handout with clickable links. The course consists of two topics: Interviewing skills and Resume writing (so each topic has its own VILT and on-demand sessions respectively. Select the buttons to see examples.
Member-Facing Video Production
I took the lead on this high-impact member-facing project. Not only did I work with SMEs and project managers to ensure my team met expectations across this multi-team cross-functional project, but I also exceeded demands in both timing and quality expectations. For these two webinars, I wrote the script, handled filming, audio, photography, and lighting on-location, edited and compiled all video components, created graphics for the presentation and designed a digital recipe booklet. The fully 508 compliant webinar reached an audience of 28,000 members.
